Today's wine is Fonseca Porto 10 year old aged Tawny Port. Fruity and warm and makes me relax in 5 seconds flat.

If you've never had it - Halloumi is worth a try. It's a Greek, brined cheese and it can be fried. Brush your pan w/a little oil and brown on both sides. It's salty and delicious. If you can't find Halloumi, you can try Spanish Cotija - they can also hold up to heat on a kebab (veggies only, short cook time)!
