Ciabatta Bread
Cream cheese
Capers
Tomato
Salt & Pepper
Simple! Slice tomato, combine capers with cream cheese, adding brining liquid to thin to spreading consistency. Spread the cream cheese mixture on bread, add tomato, salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil. You can also add tuna, avocado, deli meats, whatever!

Nice ideas! Once I went into the lunch room at the office and, to my horror, someone was eating the tuna in the pouch, RIGHT OUT OF THE POUCH! Uh, MEOW! No imagination. It's boring enough to be surrounded by upholstered cubicle walls all day - you may as well jazz up lunch! :)
