I don't know why, but entertaining has become a bit overwhelming to me. It could be that organization skills seem to be sadly lacking here, which is killing any desire to entertain. So any help with making entertaining easier would be appreciated. We all have our own favorite tips that we use on a regular basis, so please share your ideas for easy entertaining.Group Blog

They only way I can handle entertaining is buffet style. So far no one seem put off by it. I even use heavy duty paper product when the # of guest is over 10. (sorry local land fill) Late weekend I made Pasta w/saute veggies w/shrimp, which feed 10 easily. It was good carbs for the runners.
