I used my Cast Iron Pans, of course, for optimum flavor. Just fry it all up and slap it together. ;) For a little extra heat, dash on some hot sauce. Very quick, easy, filling and nutritious.
I pretty much have eggs every morning tho I am trying to cut...back...on..the...cheese!
Great group and sweet avatar too. I agree with the whole egg thing its sort of like a triad meal.... you cant have one part with out the other.... well except the shell of course so I guess it like a duality... well its hard to explain.... but some how you cant have one part without the other.... okay I understand completely!!!
